About Me

My name is Ta'lana, I am a young adult and I currently live in a small and growing town outside of Vancouver.  I was born with a half sister, Erin, who has always lived in Alberta; we never lived together.  To speed through my younger years I got a dog for my dads birthday and we named him Andy.  We also got a bunny whom I adored.  His name was Walnut.  I miss them both dearly as they are no longer with us.  My rabbit and dog both lived to around 18 years.  I now have a new member of the family, Peanut, who is a little dwarf hamster.

 

In grade 12 I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease and this was a very difficult change in my life.  It had complicated everything up until today and still is a challenge I deal with.  There is a story I am always willing to share and have written a blog post about it here.

 

I am currently attending Liberty University, studying my Bachelors of Science in Business Administration in Leadership Management.  I hope to become a Training and Development Specialist one day.  Right now I am on track to graduate May 2021! I am determined to reach this goal and continue to work hard!
